Adam & I back at the hotel........ We had a great time at the show this weekend! It was Awesome!! It was so fabulous to get to meet & chat with everyone. CONGRATS to all the winners!.... and all the others who worked so hard. It took everyone to make this show such a wonderful experience. And I can't forget the best part...... Cold Stone and my "birthday cake remix" ice cream! Yuuuuummmy!

Urgent Request - Updated May 18
Adam and I recently returned to UPMC in Pittsburgh for his check up. We did not receive the news we had hoped for. Because of some complications following his first chemo embolization treatment, the doctors have decided to postpone his second treatment. Since the embolization is what seems to be making the most progress, we hope that Adam will be able to return for treatment soon. However, we realize the serious risk involved and pray that God will lead the doctors to make the best decision. Adam is having good and bad days while dealing with all the side effects. Working out is still his number one priority when he is able to get to the gym.

Adam and I would like to thank everyone in the Fitness Factory nation for their generous care and support and most of all the prayers as we go through these hard times. Many of you have become like a second family to us over the past years...... we have met some awesome people! A special thanks to Craig Miles, the Fitness Factory, and Met-rx for making things happen. We plan to see everyone at the Olympia this year!
