When you did your routine...You were allowed to use Props if you wanted too!!

They would always come up with some of the neatest things!!

I agree! That day there were some of the most entertaining posing routines that I've seen in a long time!

My very first show was an NGA show in NYC back in Oct. 2000 and it was a great experience. NGA is a really good organization.

We do our best, because we really enjoy what we do. This will be my 3rd year as a NGA promoter, and I look forward to promoting shows in this organization for a long, long time.

I usually recommend NGA shows to many who don't want to compete in NPC. I think it was Andy (from FL) who promoted the show I did, the 2000 NGA American National Championships. I won the Novice in bodybuilding. It was a great experience and I remember talking to the judges who gave great advise on improving. Best wishes on continuing to make the organization a great one. :awesome:

My 1st natural drug free org to compete in..then I found out about OCB and FAME
Im a former NPC gurl but after 3 shows I said I was done and fell in luv w/ NGA, OCB and FAME

I look forward to making herstory June 14th (FAME/WNSO), Sept 6th (NGA) and Nov 15th (OCB/IFPA)...I will be competing as a Pro in all 3
