Suzanne, hang in there! I know what it is like to not lose weight and you are doing everything! Sounds like hypothyroidism. That is what I have and now am on synthroid. I get my levels checked every 3 months. They are not normal yet but getting there.

Same happened to me. It is sooo frustrating that I just broke down and cried. Maybe test estrogen and progesterone levels also. These are 2 powerful hormones. Have them look at your insulin levels. Mine were off the charts and I did a 2 hour blood glucose test and that is when they diagnosed me with insulin-resistance. I think those are a couple of factors you should look at. I understand your frustration. I have been there. Still trying to get my body to normal so I can compete next year. Good luck! Hang in there!

will have pb & j sandwich in my bag backstage for right after i step off at finals
my cookies, fudge, brownies etc i baked
