Tough times for a bikini competitor

Hey ladies,

A friend of mine here in Louisville, KY will be competing next weekend in her first ever National Show at Jr Nationals in the bikini division. Unfortunately, her father just passed away and she's having a rough time trying to get "back to normal" and focused on competing.

So, if anyone meets her backstage - her name is Kandice Edgell, please give her a hug and words of encouragement.

I have lost both of my parents, so I know how difficult a time it can be. But, I also know that as competitive we are, we are also some of the most supportive and compassionate people!
