I have to be a little bias here and give my props out Leigh and Amber from Wpg (Elite).

I shared the overall stage with Leigh at last year's Provincials and I witnessed Amber dominate the Provincials last weekend!

Both are two of the top female bb'ers in MB and both are going to rock the stage in August!

Where have you been K-Max? Not only is fitness in Toronto this year, but we also have bikini, figure, junior, masters and grandmasters bodybuilding. I know quite a few that will be flying from the Nationals in Saskatoon to Toronto to compete in the masters division as well. Woohooo!!!!:yippie:

i'm in my 2nd year training with Dave Palumbo
we did things a bit differently this year
and i've been training legs once a wk with IFBB Pro Carlos Rabiei (which has hugely made a difference)

anyone needing SPRAY TANNING at CBBF BB Nationals Aug 14, 2010

Nicole Ball and her partner will be spraying for the CBBF in Saskatoon for this years Nationals.
They are using Jan Tana and are taking bookings as we speak.
The cost is $110.00 including as many sprays as needed friday
and touch ups saturday morning along with glaze before pre judging.

Wendy, Jody and Carmen are all NOT competing at this show.. I know Wendy and Carmen are taking the year off.. I believe Jody is just doing the Masters and the NA's..

The only heavy weights i know that are competing is Me, Robin Hillis(she is looking great btw), Dawn Allison, not sure about Janeen..

From what i have been told there is more girls doing the masters in Toronto.. Now that they are giving a pro card to the winner of that show!!:awesome::awesome:

As far as I know as of today....Jody Wald, Janeen L. are both competing (surprised...unless perhaps I have bad information...who knows). I also heard 2nd hand that Carmen T. will be a surprise entry, but that is not confirmed. Lisa G. is also competing....so including Robin H, Melody, Dawn and whoever else I've forgotten or don't know...it should be a good HW class.

I am prepping 2 ladies, 1 MW and 1 LW, both of whom are shredded and ready to go....

i dont think thats the problem , she was TIGHT , maybe a little flat because she overdone the diet a little , if she had came in like she was in the pics the day's before the show , FULL and HARD , i think she could have gotten the 1st place ! she lost her fullness that we saw a few weeks prior to the show !

I hate the way the alternate between men and women in Canada instead of just going though all the weight classes of women first and then men.

It was really long last year. You'd think it would be quicker with Masters being moved to the other show, but with the overlap of competitors (they don't do their routines twice), there's not much of a savings. It'll be interesting how long the one in Toronto runs with the addition of bodybuilding and (hopefully) larger bikini classes. I'll be ready though :)

I think Team Universe finals here in the States was 5 hours. Didn't expect finals to last anymore than 3 hours tonight. :D
