This is something they should consider bringing into figure competitions - strength competitions in figure like most push ups in a certain amount of time, box jumps, bench presses, stuff they use to do with the fitness competitors years ago. Add a little more spice to competing in figure!

I wish I had more time to take some more pics. The strength show was done at pre-judging (it was a bit slower on the booth) so I sneecked in he he...

I had such a ball with the girls and evryone that stopped by the booth. A lot of interesting people were there. I'm pretty sure DV took lts of pics, she is such a cutie.. I have been blessed to have been able to meet some of you ladies, and I'm hoping to me the rest before the year ends :cool:..
