Best Back/Glutes in Fitness/Figure

Time for the backs and glutes to get a thread of their own.

I'll start with Monica Hoyer. This was from the 2007 Team Universe:

Her back definition and size is incredible. Maybe a BB crossover is in order?!?! ;)

Thought I'd revive this thread for a bit.

Julie's back isn't as wide as others mentioned here, but her definition is pretty awesome. I'm not even gonna get started on the glutes...too many compliments from others out there. ;)

Sadly, no. :confused: She's been pretty quiet as of late. For all I know, she might not even compete this year. I mean, she's nearly competed in at least a couple of competitions every year for the past decade (Fitness America to NPC to the IFBB). A pretty long time to compete if you ask me! :cool:

Jason (her hubby) told me a few weeks back that she's got some things in the works (what they are, I have no clue).

Don't worry...we haven't seen the last of Julie on stage. She loves the sport too much. :respect:

Heidi Fletcher may be on the short side, but she has one of the best all-around backs in the sport today..at least to me. Great V-taper!

The combinination of her rock-hard physique and crowd-pleasing routines could make her a serious threat to the Fitness Olympia and Fitness International titles sooner rather than later.
