I wish this news was released weeks ago. Maybe more competitors would have sent in contracts.

That's pretty cool, I was trying to see if there is some way I can watch it after the fact? Like will it be reaired somewhere? I work the 19th and 20th so won't be able to watch live :( Ill have to ask my hubby if there is someway to record it :D

Well well, whatdayaknow.........:p Will be interesting to hear whether this was successful or a failure.

Could look at this a couple ways...

1) $20 is too much when people are used to getting the Arnold and Olympia for FREE. Almost 100 people have voted on hardbody since yesterday afternoon and 78% think it's too much to pay.

2) They are charging $198 plus tax for one ticket to night show in the second row.

Twenty bucks is a lot less than $198 but questions remain...how good will it be to ask people to pay? I hope they sell the crap out of it but unless you're family, friend or read the message boards how would you know to purchase it? Announcing a paid webcast the week before a show seems like a shot in the foot for those producing it.

$20 is a lot but for people who cannot get to Pheonix, especially for the Men's Pro show, and want to see for themselves the contest live, it isnt much. Will they get a lot of people?

Probably not, perhaps 500 or so at this late announcement.

If anything, it's good press for the show since people will wonder how it'll all work out. I won't be able to catch it but all the best to everyone involved with the show.

If i knew i wouldn't lose connection a million times like with bb and it would be really clear i might consider paying $20 since i hook up the mac to the 60 inch but the webcasts have been unreliable and that is frustrating enough when it is free

I will say I am one of those who paid the 20.00. And mind you, if you don't buy it before midnight tonight, it's actually $25!! I do think it's too much BUT, since I can't be there and my trainer is in the Pro Mens 202, I went ahead and did it. So I am one of those few....hopefully it will be a great viewing!
