What do you all use to boost your energy levels when you're starting to drag? Sometimes at work I am dragging butt and I need to be mentally alert, but I feel like I could crawl underneath my desk and just sleep the day away.

I take a SSRI (prozac) so I really shouldn't use Hydroxycut or anything like that evidently. (at least that is what the label says). May explain my extreme annoyance with life the past couple of days that I took it. Duh! :nuts:

Caffeine?

Acetyl-l-carnitine is a nice buzz without causing adenosine receptor upregulation like caffeine would, hence the reason to up the dose/addiction. I'd recommend taking 2-3 grams per day splitting the dose. It has a tart taste so it compliments most juices well and has great solubility so it will mix effortlessly.
