LUCIAN !!! Long time no talk bro!! You gonna be at Junior Nats again? Shelly is competing in it so I think we are booking it tonight. I'll be a heavy this year holding at about 219 this year. Going for a fuller, less conditioned (aka STRINGY) look than previous years, we will see how it shakes out.

Good for you man! I think you'll definitely do well in the HW division. Yup - Jr Nats it is. I'm gonna pull down to LH and see where I wind up. The pic is from the Pittsburgh last year - HW division, 4th place out of 14. Not too bad since I was the lightest guy in the whole division at 201 lbs! I beat most of the guys on conditioning.

We'll see you guys at the Jr Nats! Best of luck with your prep and your girl's prep!
