The World Gym that's a few blocks down High Street (on Long, I believe), is usually the gym of choice during the Arnold Weekend. Always lots of photoshoots going on of top names, too, if you wanna watch some of that.

haha there will be no working out for me at the Arnold. I am hitting it Thursday and MAYBE Sunday when I get back, so there's no need to spend the three nights/two days I have at the ASC in the gym!

We loved the big 24-hour Life Time Fitness at Easton Town Center, where we end up going more often than not because World Gym closes pretty early on weekends.

Last year we braved a nasty snow storm (fresh snow = mega slippery) to go there and lift on Saturday night after dinner ... and that late at night (shhh) there wasn't even anyone there to collect guest fees. We walked in, lifted, and then walked out. Seriously we tried to pay but all we could find was a confused janitor!!
